Shipping Policy

We ship products within 2-6 business days unless it is a special order item.

The vitamin and nutritional supplements are obtained fresh from the factory to meet the customer requirements. We do like this because we want to make sure that you receive the freshest products possible from us. Items that had been sitting on a store shelf for months on end loses potency. So, although this increases our cost, we order items from the factory for the orders received. We have a special arrangement with the factory so we get our shipment within 4-5 business days. So, your orders are generally shipped within 4-6 business days of receiving the order. If you need the items in a hurry, please ask for courtesy expedited order service. In this case we will have the items sent directly from the factory. This may incur an additional cost. Please be sure to mention this on your order form.

The international orders may take an additional 3 business days over these estimates due to the time it takes to prepare the paperwork, and for the special handling required.

Shipping Method

We currently ship all products by US Postal Service. First class package or priority mail (2-3 day delivery) is generally used for domestic orders depending on the weight of the package. You have to provide a valid delivery address which usually is the same as the billing address for the credit card you are charging the purchases to. For Paypal, it is the confirmed address.

For expedited handling (when specifically requested by the customer at the time of ordering) of vitamins, and nutritional supplements, the items will be directly shipped from the factory using UPS 2nd day delivery. Please note that this implies 2nd business day and so when an item is shipped on Friday, it won't be delivered till Tuesday. This requires a street address for delivery.

UPS and Federal Express require a street address and do not deliver to PO Boxes (USPS does deliver to PO Boxes).

Express Mail Delivery is available at an additional cost. For most of the country it is 1-2 day delivery.

Shipping Cost:

Except for some bulky items which costs considerably more to ship, we charge you a flat $7 for the first item and $1 for additional items for US orders. The shipping cost will be spelled out in your shopping cart before you make the payment.

Additional Items - $1/each

Certain bulky or heavy items will cost more to ship.

The shipping charges will be clearly stated when you checkout.

If an item cannot be shipped by First class or by Priority Mail per postal regulations, we will ship it by Parcel Post or by FedEx/UPS Ground.

Some of the heavy books will be shipped via Media Mail.

To qualify for the discounted $1/item, the items have to be purchased together and paid together.

Express Mail Delivery (For 48 contiguous US State addresses) (2-3 days delivery)

Items will be shipped direct from the factory via UPS second day delivery service.

International Shipments

Shipments to international destinations are governed by manufacturer restrictions, customs restrictions, credit card processing restrictions, and postal restrictions.

We do ship to several countries. You can choose standard delivery (First Class International or Priority Mail International) or by Global Express Mail. Cost varies from countries to countries. Please note that if you want to track your package, you need to choose Express Delivery or Courier Delivery (below). First Class International (Air Mail) cannot be tracked once it leaves the US. (Priority Mail International is not available to all countries and tracking may not be available in all countries depending on the local postal systems.)

Please note that once shipped, we are not responsible for the item. If you are concerned about the reliability of the mail delivery in your country, think of using Express Mail or buying insurance. (This may not be available to all countries based on postal regulations.)

FedEx (Courier) Delivery

We offer FedEx shipment for those who desires to have it. This is the quickest delivery method as the customs processing etc. are handled by the courier. Customs duties, if any, will be paid by FedEx and will be collected from you on delivery unless you have a billing arrangement with FedEx. This avoids the need for you to go and clear customs and the delays involved in customs.

Unfortunately, this service is very expensive compared to Global Express Mail. But if you are ordering several items, this may be a viable option. This is also a good option if you want items to be shipped to countries whose customs service tend to be bogged down in bureaucracy.

If you wish FedEx delivery, choose express delivery option and then indicate in the remarks column that you want delivery by FedEx. We will advise you the additional cost involved and bill you for that separately.
